• Stakeholder engagement manager for Heathrow ‘Intelligent Airport’ strategy, delivering innovative tools and systems for enhanced situational awareness of passenger, bag and aircraft flow and predictive modelling of the airport operation.
• Created and led the Operational Intelligence team within the Airport Operations Centre to provide pan-airport intelligence gathering and sharing, co-ordinate operational readiness and integrated planning activity and conduct initial performance review.
• Senior planning lead on Heathrow-Border Force Joint Governance group, delivering service improvements through enhanced resource planning and process improvements including the expansion of eGate eligibility to include ‘5 Eyes’ nationals.
• Led comprehensive reviews of Security planning assumptions and processes to deliver approx. £10 million savings per annum and improved service and compliance delivery.
